2007 Katrina Relief Trip to Mississippi

At Faith Church, you might call missions our lifeblood. We rely totally upon God's wisdom to accomplish our goals, as well as God's people of Faith who so generously support us through prayer, financial giving, attendance at missions services and participating in various projects. Locally, we have supported the Hispanic church plant that worships in our facility on Sunday afternoons, Water Street Rescue Mission projects, Salvation Army projects and Christ's Home for Children.

Members of Faith Church went to Mississippi to help with hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Faith Church along with other churches in the Red Rose District spent a week in Mississippi helping build new homes and a new life.

Although we highlight missions every Sunday throughout the year, we hold a Super Missions Sunday every year on Super Bowl Sunday. We also give about 20% of our annual budget to mission causes.
