Michelle and I are beginning our seventh year of ministry at Faith Church, but first as Pastor. I graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Missions. I am also currently picking and scratching at a Master of Divinity degree from Evangelical School of Theology. Prior to coming to Faith Church as Youth/Associate Pastor, we served as church-planting missionaries in Kingston, Jamaica, with the Island Missionary Society. We are the parents of four children. We are excited about what God has in store for Faith Church!

Brandon & Kristen Hershey - Youth Directors (brandon.hershey@findfaithhere.org, kristen.hershey@findfaithhere.org)

We are thrilled to be the Youth Directors here at Faith Church. For the last five years, we have served as youth staff volunteers for our youth group, X Factor, but as of August 2008, we officially took on this new lead role. Brandon earned his B.S. in Secondary English Education at Millersville University, and Kristen earned her B.S. in Elementary Education at Millersville University (both in 2005). In addition to our current Youth Director positions, Brandon is currently an English teacher at Conestoga Valley High School, and Kristen is a teacher’s aide at the Parent & Preschool Center. They both enjoy serving at the church in various ways and look forward to seeing how God will use us in our ministry with teens.

Josh Glacken & Elizabeth Rickard - Directors of Music (josh.glacken@findfaithhere.org, elizabeth.rickard@findfaithhere.org)

Josh earned a bachelor's degree in music performance with a concentration in euphonium (tenor tuba) and minors in piano and voice. Beth earned minors in piano and voice. Josh directs the choir while Beth accompanies, and Josh accompanies the Worship Team. As a volunteer service, Beth also helps lead Worship team. Music ministry offers a variety of opportunities for YOU to become involved, including Senior Choir, Youth/Young Adult Choir, Children's Choir, Worship Team and Christmas and Easter cantatas. If you would like to become involved in any music ministry, please e-mail Beth; we'd be happy to have you! Josh and Beth are the "parents" of three cats and hail from Western Pennsylvania.

Jim Gustafson - Church Secretary (jim.gustafson@findfaithhere.org)

I retired from the Social Security Administration in April 2004 having worked for that agency for 33 years. My wife Joyce and I have been living in Lancaster County since 1977. And have been members of Faith Church since 1978. We are both originally from Greentown, Pennsylvania in the Pocono Mountain area in Northeastern Pennsylvania. My wife and I have known each other since before we started 1st grade and went all through school together. We have three children and six grandchildren. I spend as much time as I can playing golf, and doing things with my grandchildren. I also enjoy woodworking in my shop, and collecting model trains. I am happy to be a part of the church staff here at Faith and hope to fulfill my duties in a manner that is pleasing to God and everyone here at Faith Church.
