Joel Kime - Pastor (joel.kime@findfaithhere.org)
Michelle and I are beginning our ninth year of ministry at Faith Church, but third as Pastor. I graduated from Lancaster
Bible College with a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Missions. I have been on the “eternity” plan at
Evangelical Theological Seminary, and it felt so good to graduate with an MDiv in
May 2010. Prior to coming to Faith Church as Youth/Associate Pastor, we served as church-planting missionaries in Kingston,
Jamaica, with the Island Missionary Society. We are the parents of four children. If you catch me in a free moment, I’ll
probably be reading a book, listening to U2 or REM, playing sports or Legos with my kids, enjoying a movie with Michelle or
rooting for the Phillies or Redskins! More likely you’ll find Michelle and I talking about God’s heart for the oppressed
and how we Americans can live the Gospel. We are so excited about how Faith Church is becoming a church that beats after
God’s heart, removing the chains of injustice, freeing the captives, preaching the good news, feeding the poor, discipling
the believers, praying for the world.

Ryan McGinnis - Youth Pastor (ryan.mcginnis@findfaithhere.org)
Ryan McGinnis was born in Coatesville, PA and was raised in Reinholds, PA. Ryan graduated
from Cocalico High School in 2003 after attending the Lancaster County Career and Technology
Institute where he studied auto mechanics. After graduation, Ryan worked as a mechanic until
he enrolled in Lancaster Bible College in the spring of 2005. During his LBC years, he was
associate pastor at a church plant in Reamstown. Ryan graduated from Lancaster Bible College
in December 2008 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Bible with an emphasis in pastoral ministry.
Before coming to Faith Church, Ryan was employed by Hillside Custom Machining, Welding and
Fabricating. While at LBC Ryan met Amanda, and they were married a few years later. Amanda
was born in Hershey, PA and lived in Elizabethtown, PA for most of her life. She graduated
from Lower Dauphin High School in 2004 and then attended Washington Bible College for the
Fall semester of 2004. Amanda transferred to Lancaster Bible College in the Spring of 2005
(just in time to meet Ryan) as a music education major. Amanda worked in the Registrar’s
office at LBC during her time as a student and gave trolley tours through Hershey, PA on the
weekends. Amanda also graduated from LBC in December 2008 with a Bachelor’s of Science in
Bible with an emphasis in Music Education, in addition to receiving Pennsylvania teaching
certification. Since then she has been working as a substitute music teacher since graduation
as well as working as a part time teller at Graystone Bank in Lancaster. Ryan and Amanda
recently purchased a home in Lancaster City and they are excited that God has brought them to
Faith Church! Please contact Ryan at ryan.mcginnis@findfaithhere.org.

Jim Gustafson - Church Secretary (jim.gustafson@findfaithhere.org)
I retired from the Social Security Administration in April 2004 having worked for
that agency for 33 years. My wife Joyce and I have been living in Lancaster County
since 1977. And have been members of Faith Church since 1978. We are both originally
from Greentown, Pennsylvania in the Pocono Mountain area in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
My wife and I have known each other since before we started 1st grade and went all
through school together. We have three children and six grandchildren. I spend as
much time as I can playing golf, and doing things with my grandchildren. I also enjoy
woodworking in my shop, and collecting model trains. I am happy to be a part of the
church staff here at Faith and hope to fulfill my duties in a manner that is pleasing
to God and everyone here at Faith Church.

Sheri Garver - Church Custodian (sheri.garver@findfaithhere.org)
I attended Kutztown University and have a bachelor's degree in Secondary
Education/Mathematics. I taught high school math at Solanco High School before resigning
to start a family with my husband, Tyler. Besides being the church custodian (believe it
or not, I actually enjoy cleaning and it gets me out of my own home for a few hours!!) I am
a full time mother of three boys. My husband owns a landscaping business, and on occasion
I can be caught helping him out as well. I was born and raised in Lancaster County and
have attended Faith Church since birth.
