I am currently a student at Lancaster Bible College in the Worship and Performing Arts department. I am originally from Hagerstown, Maryland but I'm having great time living in Lancaster. When I'm not studying or working at the church, I spend my spare time singing, dancing, hiking, being outdoors, being around people and always laughing! I'm so excited to be a member of the Faith Church team and family.

Aaron Campbell - Youth Ministry Leader (aaro...@findfaithhere.org)

I am from a country town in upstate New York and moved with my wife Lauren, a Lititz native, from NY to Lancaster in summer 2010. Trained as a teacher and working as a carpenter, the Lord lead me to Faith Church to work with the youth and to grow with them as they experience God's plan for their lives together. When not with the youth group, eating or sleeping (three of my favorite things) I might be found reading sci-fi, hiking, playing pool, or in a sand trap at the golf course.

Sheri Garver - Church Custodian (sher...@findfaithhere.org)

I attended Kutztown University and have a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education/Mathematics. I taught high school math at Solanco High School before resigning to start a family with my husband, Tyler. Besides being the church custodian (believe it or not, I actually enjoy cleaning and it gets me out of my own home for a few hours!!) I am a full time mother of three boys. My husband owns a landscaping business, and on occasion I can be caught helping him out as well. I was born and raised in Lancaster County and have attended Faith Church since birth.

Jim Gustafson - Church Secretary (jim....@findfaithhere.org)

I retired from the Social Security Administration in April 2004 having worked for that agency for 33 years. My wife Joyce and I have been living in Lancaster County since 1977. And have been members of Faith Church since 1978. We are both originally from Greentown, Pennsylvania in the Pocono Mountain area in Northeastern Pennsylvania. My wife and I have known each other since before we started 1st grade and went all through school together. We have three children and six grandchildren. I spend as much time as I can playing golf, and doing things with my grandchildren. I also enjoy woodworking in my shop, and collecting model trains. I am happy to be a part of the church staff here at Faith and hope to fulfill my duties in a manner that is pleasing to God and everyone here at Faith Church.

Joel Kime - Pastor (joel...@findfaithhere.org)

Michelle and I are beginning our tenth year of ministry at Faith Church, fourth as Pastor. I graduated from Lancaster Bible College and Evangelical Theological Seminary. Prior to coming to Faith Church as Youth/Associate Pastor, we served one year as church-planting missionaries in Kingston, Jamaica. We are the parents of four children. If you catch me in a free moment, I’ll probably be reading a book, listening to U2 or REM, playing sports or Legos with my kids, enjoying a movie with Michelle or rooting for the Phillies or Redskins! More likely you’ll find Michelle and I talking about God’s heart for the oppressed and how we Americans can live the Gospel. We are so excited about how Faith Church is becoming a church that beats after God’s heart, removing the chains of injustice, freeing the captives, preaching the good news, feeding the poor, discipling the believers, praying for the world.
